Bouldin Home

Designed by Kevin Alter, of Alterstudio Architects, this ground up Ford Strei Custom Built Home on West Mary in Bouldin is a mid-century modern green home that exemplifies a seamless use of dissimilar materials.

Crestway Home

This build is typical of most of today’s contemporary builds in that it takes building with precision and thought as to how different materials interface with each other in a seamless fashion.

Inwood Place Home in Tarrytown

This mid century modern was purchased by a past client of FSB with the intent to do a full on remodel. The architect team kept some of the existing walls and foundation as portions of the house in the rear yard setback.

Lake Travis Cliff House

This home on Lake Travis was completed in early 2020.  It was designed by LaRue Architects for this client.

The homeowner owned the lot and there was an existing home on the property that had to be removed.

The new design has multiple outdoor areas as well as a pool; all nestled up to a high cliff overlooking Lake Travis and facing south and west. The sunsets are amazing from their vantage point.

 

Rollingwood Home

This Ford Strei Custom Built Home on Cueva de Oro in Rollingwood is on a corner lot. The styling of this charming French traditional home was designed by architect James D. LaRue, and embraces the street on two sides. It offers a private countryside retreat with steep roof pitches, soothing materials, and an abundance of natural light.
